The isolated location isn't ideal for city exploration!!! A proper restaurant on-site is a must-dinner options became a frustrating quest on a stormy Sunday night!!! Breakfast chaos with long lines was quite overwhelming!!!

very very helpful staff, brand-new, reasonably large room with the bathroom, large double bed, as example. wonderful breakfast with a wide range of food options. location very close to the restaurant, a taxi from the airport and a shopping mall.

Unbeatable and magnificent location, few metres away from Rogaland Art Museum. New-fashioned and neat units with fantastic views. Exceptional services, the public parking was available nearby.

Nice and clean rooms. In addition to good breakfast, the view from breakfast restaurant in 21. floor was spectacular
My booking had disappeared in the system upon arrival. I don't know who's fault, Booked.net or hotel, but hotel noted and should follow up. luckily the hotel had enough free rooms.............

Here's why it's a mixed review
The breakfast was wonderful with a great variety like non-lactose milk and hot dishes served on the top floor giving splendid views
The hotel's location is somewhat distant from the city center and public transport, making it less convenient for exploration

The location is quite good. The breakfast at the 21/f is excellent!
The staff at the reception is nice and friendly, but he led us the way to the bus station which is not in use in this season...Anyway, we finally took the ferry to visit Pulpit Rock. Fantastic!

Poor service for eating and Bar. Big Groups dominates and other people get poor service. They can also close Bar and restaurant for other guests when they have big groups at the hotel. Lifts operates very poor and with 21 floors and breakfast on top floor many people uses stairs to reach 21 floor and their rooms.

Seriously? No gym facilities, as if my discomfort wasn't enough! A room upgrade would have been nice on my arrival, but i guess that's too much to ask.

The hotel included everything into expectation, exept from the fact that the price didnt apply to reality. The cost was moore than the announcement. It said one price in the announcement, inclusiv breakfast. The hotel said that was the price exclusive breakfast. They charged breakfast wether u had breakkfast or not
The only thing i didnt like was the misunderstanding in price
